Associate Superintendent of Catholic Schools
The Diocese of Manchester, New Hampshire seeks an Associate Superintendent of Catholic Schools. The successful candidate will:
-
be a practicing Catholic, registered in a parish and regularly attending and actively participating in parish life;
-
hold at least a Master’s Degree in Educational Administration, Leadership, or related area; hold a school administrator’s certification or eligibility and, bring a minimum of five years of Catholic School administrative experience to the position;
-
relate with exceptional communication and interpersonal skills and work collaboratively and effectively as a team member;
-
exhibit knowledge of current trends in education including accreditation standards, knowledge of resources and materials related to curriculum development ,and apply the knowledge to advance the educational program;
-
recruit and expand the pool of qualified Catholic school administrators and teachers, provide orientation and ongoing support to new staff, and develop and plan ongoing professional development opportunities;
-
demonstrate knowledge of and leadership in Catechesis, technology, human resources, curriculum standards, and student services;
-
develop activities and collaborate with the Diocesan Director of Religious Education to ensure that all religious education resources are properly developed and integrated for all grade levels.

The school seeks highly qualified applicants for the position of Principal beginning July 1, 2008. Applicants for this Chief Executive role must demonstrate collaborative leadership and strong interpersonal skills as well as a thorough understanding of Catholic education including its mission and the application of that mission to the learning experience of young people.
